At Lemon Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. Please read our return, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Note :- You can contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email if you’d like to discuss or negotiate return or exchange fees. We’re always open to helping our customers — so feel free to reach out if you want to request a fee reduction or need any special consideration regarding our return and exchange policies.

🛍️ 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the guidelines listed below.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags, original packaging, invoice, and embellishments must be intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Important: For damaged, missing, or defective products, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear images or a short unboxing video to help us assess the issue quickly. We strongly recommend taking a video while unboxing your package.

📦 Reporting a Missing or Damaged Product

If you receive a missing or damaged product, report it within 24 hours via any of the following:

Include your Order Number, Product Details, and a of the issue along with clear photos or a video. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted for damage or missing claims.

💰 Return Process & Fees

When you are sure you want to return a product, please send a request on WhatsApp (mandatory). You can additionally email or DM us, but WhatsApp contact is required.

Once your return is approved, our team will arrange for pickup of the item. Please note the applicable return fees:

  • For any return an amount of ₹95 will be deducted and you will get your refund in your original payment method

Note: Items purchased with a credit note, free gift, or part of a promotional combo are not eligible for return. Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Products can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange shipping fee: ₹80.

To initiate an exchange, please WhatsApp us at +91 8429392550. You may also email or DM us, but WhatsApp is compulsory.

Note: Damaged products are only eligible for replacement, not return or refund.

💳 Store Credit Usage

When you receive Lemon Shop store credit, here’s how to use it:

  1. Visit our website: lemonshop.in
  2. Add your favorite items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Apply your store credit code during checkout; the amount will be automatically deducted.

Lemon Wallet Credits never expire! For any issues with using your credit or code, contact our customer support team 24/7 via WhatsApp.

❌ Cancellation Policy

For both COD and prepaid orders:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a refund will be issued after deducting a ₹50 convenience fee.
  • To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 8429392550.

Note: Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed. If any issue arises (such as damage), our team will verify and resolve it accordingly.

⚠️ Additional Guidelines

  • Products returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by misuse will not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Products purchased on sale, or using store credits, cannot be returned.
  • Items sent without first requesting a return will not be processed.

Lemon Shop retains the right to deny a return or exchange if the product fails to meet any of the above parameters.
