Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility valid up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • ✅ You received the wrong size
  • ✅ You received a damaged or defective product
  • ✅ You received a different item than what you ordered

🔁 If your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange for the pickup and deliver the correct product at no extra cost.

❗ Exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are available for select items and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit.
  • COD orders will be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • If the product fails quality check, return/refund may be denied.
