At Lemon Shop, we provide a wide range of collections including menswear, womenswear, footwear, printed t-shirts, customized hoodies, and more. Our goal is to bring you affordable, trendy designs with easy returns, easy replacements, and a hassle-free shopping experience.
Agreement
Welcome to Lemon Shop. By using our website (lemonshop.in), placing an order, or interacting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.
Lemon Shop is an online e-commerce marketplace based in India. All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if a customer violates our terms or misuses our services.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, minor variations in color/design may occur due to screen display differences. Customized products (such as printed t-shirts/hoodies) are made as per customer request and may have slight variations.
All prices are displayed in INR (₹). We may offer discounts, sales, or coupon codes, which are subject to validity. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.
Orders can be placed via lemonshop.in. We accept UPI, Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may not be available in certain locations. Orders once placed cannot be modified but may be canceled before shipping.
We usually dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery timelines vary by location (generally 3–7 working days). Tracking details are shared via email/SMS. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
Easy returns/replacements are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customized/printed products are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. For more details, please check our Refund Policy page.
We respect your privacy. Personal details like name, phone, email, and address are collected only for order fulfillment and service improvement. We do not share customer data with third parties except delivery/courier partners. For more info, refer to our Privacy Policy.
By using Lemon Shop, you agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, fake orders, or abusive behavior. Any such activities may lead to account suspension or legal action.
All content including designs, logos, text, and images are owned by Lemon Shop. Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized usage is strictly prohibited.
Lemon Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused due to usage of our products/services. Liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
